Currently lymphoma is mainly treated with combination chemotherapy, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, immunotherapy, and new targeted therapy, but treatment-related drug resistance, recurrence, extranodal central infiltration, leukemic transformation are still clinical problems that need to be solved urgently. Studies have shown cytokines expressed varying degrees in patients, which significantly related the progression of lymphoma, poor prognosis, chemotherapy response, resistance. It has been confirmed interleukin 6 (IL-6) IL-10 highly all types cerebrospinal fluid nervous system both them indicate prognosis. This review discusses role development potential treatment lymphoma.
